Conflict is inevitable. In this meetup, we discussed how to handle it well so that it doesn’t affect the team’s performance or engagement.

It’s not what you know that matters, it’s what you do about it. In this meetup, we will be discussing three important leadership rituals that will help you stay aligned and keep your team in a place of clarity and effectiveness.

The three that I shared at the beginning were:
1. Re-Define Problems
2. Do a conversation sweep
3. Plant 2-3 “seeds” per week

Then, we each shared a ritual or practice that has been helpful in our own lives.

At times, we need to be able to persuade those we work with to take risks that are a little out of their comfort zone. In this event, we will discuss some basics for innovating when everyone around you wants to play it “safe”.
