  1. This was really helpful. I had a sit-down with my manager to talk through some stuff this week. Several of these came up as opportunities. Additionally, I have started reading “Everyone Deserves A Great Manager” by Scott Miller (thanks for the recommendation Todd). It has helped me define specific action items to implement for these 8 things, specifically the 1-on-1 meeting format.
